Information we receive
This website does not host a database and does not collect accounts, passwords or payment details. When you use the enquiry form, the details you type are placed into a message drafted in your own email application; nothing is stored on this website. If you choose to send that message, we receive the name, email address and information you included.
How correspondence is used
Enquiries are read by Anand K Shukla and authorised colleagues at AKS Films, and are used only to respond to and evaluate the matter raised. Correspondence is retained for as long as it remains commercially or legally relevant, and is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Technical information
Our hosting provider processes standard server information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. This information is not used to build profiles of visitors.
Unsolicited materials
Scripts, treatments and other creative materials sent without a prior written agreement cannot be reviewed and may be deleted without being opened. Please do not send confidential material before an agreement is in place.

Links to social platforms and external publications are provided for convenience. Once you follow such a link, the privacy practices of that platform apply and are outside our control.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete correspondence we hold about you by writing to anandshukla.as@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and comply wherever no legal or contractual obligation requires retention.
